TL;DR

Senior Learning & Growth Specialist (Education/AI): Designing and developing engaging learning experiences and assets for FlyMates worldwide with an accent on instructional and visual quality, using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools. Focus on supporting programs across onboarding, people management, and functional capability development to enhance learning impact and align with business priorities.

Location: Hybrid. The company has a global presence with 14 offices worldwide, and the role involves working globally and asynchronously across time zones.

What you will do

  • Design and develop learning assets and experiences across various formats, including digital, virtual-live, blended, and self-directed learning.
  • Create engaging learning materials such as videos, slides, facilitation decks, learning guides, job aids, and Wire pages.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of virtual-live learning experiences, including session setup, logistics, and learner communications.
  • Utilize learning technologies, including GenAI-based platforms like Synthesia, Parmonic, LinkedIn Learning, and Workday, to enable scale and engagement.
  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, iterating on content, and identifying opportunities to enhance learning impact.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to foster hirify.global’s Evolved Learning culture.

Requirements

  • Strong learning design instincts, with an eye for both instructional and visual quality.
  • Comfort using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Parmonic, LinkedIn Learning, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to translate ideas into high-quality learning assets quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Up to 4 years of relevant experience in learning & development, talent development, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
