What you will do

• Design user-centered interfaces and dashboards that support content creation and management.
• Build interfaces for complex, data-driven workflows using established design systems.
• Explore multiple solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and polished user flows.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and technically sound.
• Conduct lightweight UX research and synthesize findings into design direction.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in Edmond, OK
• Strong visual design skills for data-rich and function-heavy web-based UI.
• Experience designing for web-based, B2B platforms and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• 3+ years in human interaction, psychology, interaction/visual design, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio of outstanding work is required.
• Confident in conducting lightweight UX research and synthesizing findings.
