Agile Delivery Lead

TL;DR

Agile Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity): Supporting leadership and Agile teams by managing agile processes, overseeing project progress, and prioritizing requests across business units with an accent on facilitating Agile ceremonies, creating project metrics, and removing blockers. Focus on driving process improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams, and independent project ownership.

Location: Remote (US). Must be a U.S. citizen.

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Schedule and chair Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Ensure demos and training are performed for end-users on impactful changes.
• Create and report on team and project metrics.
• Triage, prioritize, and assign new tickets to the backlog, structured by quarterly objectives.
• Remove blockers for Agile and project teams (e.g., access, status updates).
• Drive projects independently and support Agile maturity and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Wiki).
• Experience exploring customer problems and documenting solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of technical audiences, cybersecurity, and startups.
• Experience as a Jira global and/or project admin.
