hirify.global is seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current operations and identify areas where AI can drive efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design and implement AI models and automation tools.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support AI initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend API endpoints to support Gen AI and RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation applications.
• Manage and optimize chat history storage in DynamoDB, ensuring scalability and efficient retrieval, and develop integrations with frontend UI components.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, preferably with exposure to AI or automation projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and project management software.
• Location: Onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA.
