Business Analyst

TL;DR

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid schedule based on business needs). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple programs.
• Coordinate and track deliverables, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and prepare presentations for leadership.
• Manage resourcing needs and serve as a liaison between program managers and resourcing teams.
• Support tool-related activities, including portal access, configuration logic, and managing tool-related issues.
• Perform UAT testing and configure codes for BMC Remedy/TTS, managing ticket routing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in project management/technical support.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suites.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
