What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities through AI.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend API endpoints to support Gen AI and RAG applications.
• Manage and optimize chat history storage in DynamoDB and develop integrations with frontend UI components.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support AI initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Technical business analysis, preferably with exposure to AI or automation projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and project management software.
