Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Leading intricate software implementation projects for association-specific CRM solutions with an accent on client research, project planning, documentation, and quality assurance. Location: Remote, must be available to work during 8am – 6pm ET and occasional travel to client sites (2-3 times per year for 1-3 days).

What you will do

• Lead client research and coordinate internal transition meetings.
• Conduct project kickoff, discovery, and requirements analysis.
• Oversee documentation, implementation, and present to clients for sign-off.
• Plan and manage projects, resources, budgets, and client communications.
• Ensure quality assurance and perform project close-out and retros.
• Maintain client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and provide mentoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing large software implementation projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing project budgets over $250K and timelines over 12 months.
• Keen ability to assess and mitigate project risk and manage change control.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with C-level executives.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and moderate to advanced Jira skills.
• Ability to work 8am – 6pm ET and be available on camera for client-facing meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Association Management System (AMS/CRM) implementations.
