What you will do

• Identify revenue opportunities and drive their implementation.
• Design and build data-driven hotel optimization models using advanced Analytics/Data Science techniques.
• Refine and improve optimization models through A/B testing or test/control frameworks.
• Lead strategic and quantitative analysis to support key business decisions and optimize hotel supply.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive automation opportunities through SQL and Python, including API connectivity.
• Create new tools and data visualizations using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Build and lead a new team and function within hotel optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Maths, Business/Economics); Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on problem-solving in a commercial environment.
• Strong SQL skills, with ability to write SQL from scratch and good understanding of databases.
• Strong experience using Tableau or Power BI to develop and publish automated reports and dashboards.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python/R).
• Good communication skills with a passion for storytelling, bringing data to life.
