What you will do

• Revamp customer lead scoring models to predict conversion propensity based on web behavior.
• Act as a strategic partner to digital analytics teams to identify and implement mathematical and statistical opportunities.
• Build and execute models to support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) readouts using first and third-party data.
• Perform clustering and develop predictive targeting segments for clients.
• Trial and evaluate new proprietary and third-party platforms for integrated AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in data science.
• Strong command of applied statistics, testing methodologies, Python, SQL, and ML algorithms (Classification, Regression, Clustering, XGBoost).
• Experience extracting data from AWS (Athena), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Knime, and Tableau.
• English: B2+/C1 proficiency is a strict and mandatory requirement.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in San José, Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and model interpretability tools like SHAP or LIME.
