Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Ensuring product experiences are valuable to users, designers at hirify.global deal with complex problems and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use experiences. Focus on collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Product Managers and many other, working in projects that go from user interviews and prototypes to internal tools and brand assets.

Location: Hybrid 2-3 times/week in Mexico City, Mexico.

• Be a technical reference for the team, seeking to adapt and replicate the best practices in the market.
• Build links with other business areas influencing business decisions advocating for user-centered design.
• Inspire fellow product designers, by creating a high bar of quality design work.
• Establish and promote a healthy team culture that works hand in hand with cross-functional partners and design teams in other hirify.global offices.
• Push the boundaries of your team’s UX/UI/visual execution and help hirify.global challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research).
• Experience in digital products.
• Excellent English: verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to influence prioritization in an agile environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
