Location: Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In-person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for hirify.global Planning Weeks. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. Ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base pay, with eligibility for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.

What you will do
- Scale hirify.global’s Life Science partner base.
- Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with potential prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and demonstrate hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Develop meaningful proposals that align with client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute quarterly strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and manage territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences Real-World Data and analytics business development.
- Proven track record as a successful business development executive at an RWD company.
- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.
- Experience navigating complex Life Science or HealthTech organizations and enterprise-wide sales cycles.
- Experience with enterprise-level RWD Life Sciences data strategies and informatics platform investments.
- Ability to lead comprehensive selling processes at various levels within the Life Sciences enterprise.
- Exceptional written and communication skills and experience developing external relationships.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available.
- Willingness to travel as required.
