What you will do

• Define and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity system.
• Evolve the existing brand and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Build a library of templated design assets and establish design standards.
• Create campaign and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social content.
• Support product marketing with visual storytelling for feature launches.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, design systems, and scalable templates.
• Expert-level proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with motion design for digital content (product demos, social videos, marketing campaigns).
• Systems thinker who can build frameworks that scale.
• Collaborative designer who understands how to balance creative vision with business needs.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.

• Experience at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startup.
