- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel sourcing efforts.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and understand position context.
- Work with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers.
- Maintain reports and metrics, and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Ensure a great candidate experience and smooth internal processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment (GTM/Professional Services/G&A/Leadership).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on recruiting experience, including managing a small team and building applicant pipelines.
- Significant thought and creativity for critical positions.
- Ability to influence complex decisions across teams and departments.
- Deep and broad understanding of the business.
