What you will do
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, specifically for Corporate Functions business units.
- Partner with and advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies, feedback, and offer negotiations as a subject matter expert.
- Identify, attract, and close diverse candidates aligned with company values and mission.
- Create and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- Maintain ATS/HCM systems (Workday) with accuracy for requisitions, candidate tracking, and job postings.
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement within Talent Acquisition practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience, supporting core business functions (Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations).
- Experience and knowledge supporting Supply Chain and Operations within fashion apparel or consumer goods.
- Strong ability to leverage creative strategies for sourcing and attracting talent.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Video Conferencing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/HCM systems (Workday experience a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high-touch approach to the talent acquisition process.
