What you will do

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, specifically for Corporate Functions business units.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers on sourcing strategies, feedback, and offer negotiations as a subject matter expert.
  • Identify, attract, and close diverse candidates aligned with company values and mission.
  • Create and implement recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Maintain ATS/HCM systems (Workday) with accuracy for requisitions, candidate tracking, and job postings.
  • Drive continuous innovation and improvement within Talent Acquisition practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience, supporting core business functions (Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations).
  • Experience and knowledge supporting Supply Chain and Operations within fashion apparel or consumer goods.
  • Strong ability to leverage creative strategies for sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Video Conferencing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/HCM systems (Workday experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high-touch approach to the talent acquisition process.
