What you will do

• Oversee all post-production processes across multiple projects, including editorial, motion, color, sound, VFX, finishing, and delivery.
• Serve as the primary post-production lead for internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Build and manage post schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across simultaneous projects.
• Track post-production budgets, scopes, and change orders in collaboration with Production and Client Services.
• Manage editors, assistant editors, motion designers, and post-production freelancers.
• Ensure proper post workflows, file management, versioning, and delivery specs across platforms.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of post-production experience, ideally within a creative agency, production company, or post house.
• Strong understanding of post workflows across editorial, motion, sound, color, and finishing.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Fluent in industry tools and workflows (Avid, Premiere, After Effects, Frame.io).
• Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with senior creatives and clients.
