What you will do

• Develop bold, visually driven ideas for branded and social campaigns, leveraging AI for new storytelling forms.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo.ai) to create animatics, storyboards, and short-form content.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to craft visually compelling AI-enhanced pitch materials.
• Oversee look development and visual tone for AI-generated content, guiding framing, lighting, and composition.
• Integrate Gen AI software and tools into creative, production, and post-production pipelines to improve speed and output quality.
• Research and prototype new generative AI technologies for storytelling and branded campaigns, and teach these tools to the team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in generative AI content creation, with proven ability to craft high-quality, visually compelling short-form work.
• Proven experience using AI video, image, and storytelling tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs).
• Strong understanding of the full production process from concept to delivery, with a grasp of storytelling, marketing, and advertising aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and other design tools.
• Hybrid weekly in-office or on set presence in Los Angeles is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
