What you will do

• Develop bold, visually driven ideas for branded and social campaigns leveraging AI for new forms of storytelling.
• Use generative tools (e.g., Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, Leonardo.ai) to create animatics, storyboards, concept films, and short-form content.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to craft visually compelling AI-enhanced pitch materials.
• Oversee look development and visual tone for AI-generated content, guiding framing, lighting, and composition.
• Integrate Gen AI software and tools into creative, production, and post-production pipelines.
• Research and prototype new ways to use generative technology for storytelling, and teach these tools to the current team.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in generative AI content creation, with a proven ability to craft high-quality, visually compelling short-form work.
• Proven experience using AI video, image, and storytelling tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs).
• Strong filmmaking background with an understanding of the full production process, storytelling, marketing, and advertising aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and other design tools.
• Passion for advertising, marketing, and social content with a strong sense of current trends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a flexible, experimental mindset.

Nice to have

• Background in 3D, Unreal Engine, or virtual production environments.
• Familiarity with short-form content strategy and social platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
• Previous experience working in creative studios, agencies, or production companies.
