What you will do
- Craft strong narratives from interviews and case studies, including writing scripts and storyboarding video concepts.
- Own the edit for high-performing short-form content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, optimising for viewer behaviour and retention.
- Design and animate on-brand motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds to improve clarity and visual polish.
- Apply sound design and post-production best practices to enhance storytelling and viewer experience.
- Build a library of reusable motion templates and scale assets efficiently for different channels and formats.
- Work with the team to understand platform algorithms, iterating on content based on performance insights.
Requirements
- A showreel specifically demonstrating social-first editing, storytelling, and motion graphics.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere (including multi-camera workflows), After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Competent in sound and audio post-production; experience with Adobe Audition is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and the ability to create on-brand assets.
- Proven experience producing video for high-traffic digital companies or brands.
- Ideally, experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound (though this is secondary to editing).
Nice to have
- Figma & DaVinci Resolve skills.
- Interest in AI-assisted editing and motion ideation.
