What you will do
- Develop strategic, narrative-led branded video ideas reflecting hirify.global brands for advertisers.
- Articulate and present compelling pitch decks to clients and creative treatment presentations.
- Craft polished concepts with strong visual and storytelling direction for multi-channel video projects.
- Lead creative development from brief through execution, collaborating with producers and other teams.
- Direct video and photo shoots focusing on performance, editorial quality, and narrative cohesion.
- Serve as the primary creative client liaison, presenting work and managing feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of creative experience in a narrative, video, or content-focused role (media, agency, production studio, or brand-side).
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video direction, branded content, copywriting, and visual development.
- Experience executing campaigns across video, digital, print, and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of creating branded content aligned with hirify.global’s editorial voice, particularly in travel, food, home, and luxury categories.
- Experience directing talent and leading creative teams across video and photo productions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and treatment deck creation.

- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and motion graphics workflows.
- Narrative obsessed, copy-capable, and hands-on creator.
