What you will do

  • Acquire new clients in LATAM and generate incremental revenues for the company.
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across the region, effectively negotiating hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Proactively scout for market opportunities and build relationships with key players in banks, financial firms, marketplaces, and e-commerce providers.
  • Generate revenue from clients and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
  • Effectively navigate the respective financial and fintech regulatory environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of technology firm experience in business development, sales, strategy, or account management experience across LATAM.
  • Experience within the financial services domain, preferably in payments, remittances, and/or prepaid/debit cards.
  • Ability to leverage a deep network of contacts in the LATAM region.
  • Proven experience in building a pipeline and delivering on ambitious volume and revenue targets.
  • Track record of project leadership and experience leading all aspects of the business development lifecycle for multiple accounts.
