What you will do

• Collect and document business and technical requirements for email campaigns.
• Create detailed specifications, seed lists, and test scenarios for simple to complex email campaigns.
• Develop business logic for audience segmentation aligned with email and direct mail needs.
• Assist in quality testing to validate business logic and ensure all requirements are met.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements for email development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and problem-solve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Email and direct mail experience required.
• Database and customer segmentation experience required.
• Email testing experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI) and project management software like Adobe Workfront.
