What you will do

• Enable governed, actionable insights that improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Translate client needs into comprehensive business and technical requirements for data transformation initiatives.
• Document processes, data flows, and integration points to ensure solutions support analytics and reporting objectives.
• Partner with business leaders, project managers, and product owners to capture and clarify complex requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to validate feasibility and align with enterprise data strategy.
• Drive structured prioritization and act as a consultant during design and build phases to reduce risk and accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• 3+ years translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, including metadata, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts and semantic layer alignment.
• Prior experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and knowledge of Salesforce data structures and reporting capabilities.
