What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of experiential productions from concept through execution.
• Serve as a senior client-facing leader, building trust through expertise and transparency.
• Own experiential budgets, schedules, and scopes, ensuring projects deliver against financial targets and margins.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Experiential Production team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, insurance, and local regulations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experiential production experience, with senior leadership experience in an agency or production environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile experiential projects.
• Deep understanding of live event production, fabrication, and logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning large-scale budgets and margins.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• NYC-based with flexibility for travel and on-site production work.

Nice to have

• Experience working with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, music, or cultural brands.
• Background collaborating closely with Creative Directors and Designers.
• Familiarity with large-scale installations, immersive environments, and multi-day events.
• Experience building and scaling production teams.
