Solutions Consultant (Data Unification and AI): Partnering with Account Executives to articulate the value of hirify.global's data unification and AI-driven solutions, developing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations. Focus on designing tailored solution architectures and acting as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers.

Location: Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.

Salary: $152,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities related to data unification and AI.
• Develop and deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations and presentations.
• Design and propose high-level solution architectures that address specific customer requirements.
• Respond to technical questions and objections from prospective & existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Assist in the creation of sales tools and re-usable assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within the enterprise software industry.
• Demonstrable understanding of enterprise data challenges, data integration concepts, and the value of data unification.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud architectures, and data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in data management or business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services, CPG/Retail)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or API integrations.
