What you will do

• Manage or support the attendee registration process through technology.
• Consult with event owners on website functionality, registration requirements, and branding/design features.
• Create Cvent attendee registration sites and attendee communications.
• Test event sites for misspellings, errors, and registration flow.
• Create and launch post-event attendee surveys and provide survey reporting.
• Manage integration of registrant data with other relevant systems and interact with Cvent Tech Support to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in the Cvent event registration system.
• Expert experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Flash.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Cvent certifications in Event Management, Virtual and/or Hybrid events.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and new technology.
