What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor peers within the team.
• Aid in increasing customer adoption of hirify.global’s recommended practices.
• Prepare and present reports on milestones and key performance indicators.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate deliverables and ensure client compliance.
• Lead innovation projects to leverage emerging quality control measures.
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for remote work or be able to work from a hirify.global office location in the USA.
• Up to 10% annual travel is required.
• English: B2 required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma with 3 years of experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge of software products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Supply Chain experience preferred.
