What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for AI model and product launches, coordinating across research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnership teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams are unblocked and launches stay on track.
• Partner closely with Research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and navigate technical tradeoffs.
• Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks to scale with complexity.
• Create and maintain documentation for launch processes, decision logs, and cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Deep technical knowledge allowing meaningful engagement with ML researchers and engineers.
• Experience managing programs with significant external dependencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate between technical teams and stakeholders, making complex tradeoffs understandable.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous situations and bringing structure to complex technical challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively at a fast pace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
