What you will do
- Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce across various departments.
- Manage administration and user support for related Go-To-Market systems (e.g., CS, ticketing, billing, customer engagement platforms).
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, custom Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Implement process automation and system workflows using Salesforce Flows and Process Builder.
- Ensure data integrity through imports, deduplication, and ongoing audits across all systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align system configurations with evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role supporting GTM teams.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Experience with broader system administration tools like Zendesk, Gainsight, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and configuration, including integrations and third-party tools.
- Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
