What you will do

• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, implementing role-based and audience-based access.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Design and implement scalable Apex Trigger Frameworks and custom functionality using Triggers, Apex, Custom API, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools like Gearset/Copado for source control and automated deployments.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Strong understanding of case lifecycle and customer support processes.
• Proficiency in developing custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Custom API.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset/Copado).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
