Salary: $128,000–$173,000 USD (for all other US locations) or $147,000–$199,000 USD (for San Francisco Bay Area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions and document comprehensive requirements for customer projects.
• Determine the overall solution design for customer projects, encompassing Salesforce components, data, and application integration.
• Lead a team of configuration specialists and business analysts in creating and documenting solutions.
• Guide customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on solution designs.
• Participate in customer training and implementation initiatives to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is required.
• 5+ years of expertise in documenting business processes, identifying improvements, and designing future state processes and system designs.
• Ability to effectively design and configure scalable solutions to meet client business needs.
• Experience leading functional and technical teams through full Salesforce project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs.
• Experience in life sciences consulting, ideally in pharmaceutical with exposure to Commercial Operations, Medical or Patient Services related projects.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure teams and designing multiple integrations (email, SMS, telephony, master data management).

Nice to have

• Direct biotech and pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
