What you will do

• Plan and execute 360-degree cross-channel campaigns.
• Set up and monitor newsletters, push notifications, and daily communications.
• Highlight the value of hirify.global’s features and product range.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize communication strategies.
• Execute targeted sales pushes to drive demand and meet business goals.
• Collaborate with analysts, creatives, and other teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communication Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
• Great at multitasking and performing under tight deadlines.
• Confident working in Excel and comfortable making decisions based on large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Selligent or Braze.
