What you will do

• Plan and execute 360 campaigns to create cohesive and engaging customer experiences.
• Set up and monitor communications, newsletters, and push notifications to keep customers informed and drive app visits.
• Communicate the value of Picnic’s features and product range to inspire and inform customers.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize communication strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Set up and execute targeted sales pushes to drive extra demand and meet business goals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact.

Requirements

• You have a Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Intelligence, Business, Communication Science, or a related field.
• You bring 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• You’re great at multitasking and keeping cool under tight deadlines.
• You’re both a creative thinker and a data lover - turning insights into action comes naturally to you.
• You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Selligent or Braze is a big plus.
