What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
- Be a part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
- At least 6–12 months of support experience.
- Comfortable working with high ticket volumes.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support.
