What you will do

  • Prioritize user needs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Handle incoming support requests via digital channels and phone.
  • Analyze support ticket data to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic and able to resolve user issues effectively.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently and in a team.
