TL;DR
Sales Lead (AI): Driving and implementing the overall sales strategy for hirify.global in Korea, recruiting and leading a team of sales professionals, and achieving successful deployments with customers. Focus on customer acquisition, account management, owning executive relationships, and adapting to a complex and fast-changing technology environment.
Location: This role is based in Seoul. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees for Seoul, South Korea.

What you will do
- Lead a team of Account Directors.
- Partner with Technical Success to build and execute complex customer programs.
- Manage consumption revenue forecasts.
- Closely monitor the industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of other teammates.
- Support the development of company culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading Enterprise Sales teams.
- 15+ years of experience in technology and B2B business.
- Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies.
- Proven ability to lead high-visibility customer events and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence.
- Experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company.
- English: B2 required.
