What you will do

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers across pre-sales, sales, and implementation phases.
• Offer product demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Take technical ownership of projects, coordinating with development teams for special requests.
• Answer technical questionnaires and tenders from enterprise clients.
• Support account managers in product presentations and advise on sales acceleration.
• Liaise with research and development teams to integrate customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a technical customer service or IT administration role.
• Profound understanding of customer needs in IoT, sensor technology, and data processing.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate technical solutions.
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships and relationships.

• A degree in computer science, business information, or a related field.
