Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid work model: 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
- Manage support tickets, emails, and operational inquiries regarding partner accounts.
- Assist with affiliate onboarding, portal navigation, and tool access.
- Resolve commission and rebate-related queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to address complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to service standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Experience in Customer Support, Affiliate Support, or Sales Support.
- Background in Forex, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
