Affiliate Support Manager (Fintech): Leading the affiliate support function to ensure exceptional operational service for partners and IBs with an accent on team management, process optimization, and KPI performance. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Hybrid work model: 2 days from home).

What you will do
- Lead and manage the Affiliate Support function, overseeing team performance and scalability.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and strategic partners.
- Monitor KPIs, response times, and SLA performance to drive operational excellence.
- Manage and develop Team Leaders and Senior Affiliate Support Executives.
- Oversee partner escalations and resolve complex operational issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to streamline partner-related matters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Support, Operations, or Account Management.
- Proven experience managing or supervising a team.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (Visa sponsorship available).
Nice to have
- Experience in Forex, FinTech, or Online Trading industries.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
