What you will do

  • Own and execute end-to-end lead generation strategy in partnership with paid acquisition.
  • Lead registration and activation, optimizing nurture strategies to drive conversion.
  • Manage CRM behavioral trigger campaigns and personalized communication strategies.
  • Own leads promotional strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define, measure, and report on KPIs, leveraging A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Translate customer insights and behavioral data into actionable lifecycle strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle funnel dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and translate insights into action.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
