TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain). Requires 3 days in the office per week, candidates must live within commuting distance of Barcelona.

Salary: Base €31,500 – €52,500 EUR, On-Target Earnings €45,000 – €75,000 EUR.

What you will do

  • Drive retention and growth for a portfolio of 100-200 professional soccer accounts.
  • Manage the full renewal process, using Salesforce and engagement metrics to identify account health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading kick-off calls and business reviews to align with customer goals.
  • Proactively suggest solutions, upsell features, and cross-sell products to optimize customer performance.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of hirify.global’s competitive and elite products, leading educational webinars.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and product teams to share feedback and ensure seamless handoffs.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and at least one of Italian, Greek, Arabic, or Turkish.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce and data-driven workflow management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, understand client goals, and offer solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
  • Organized and capable of managing a large portfolio of accounts effectively.
  • Deep understanding of soccer from playing, coaching, or previous work experience.
  • Must live within commuting distance of Barcelona for 3 days in-office per week.
