What you will do

• Execute projects with global teams, translating solutions briefs into tasks and devising analytical approaches.
• Design and execute solutions for Incentive Compensation, Commercial Analytics, CDW, and CRM & Field Enablement.
• Collaborate with project leads and teams globally for high-quality analysis and impactful deliverables.
• Design and implement incentive compensation plans, analyze effectiveness, and recommend modifications.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, and provide analytics support to Commercial Ops/CI&A and Sales Ops teams.
• Support master data strategy using AI and data science, and configure proprietary platforms and field tools.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on analytical methodologies and data interpretation.

Requirements

• Graduate/Master’s degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with a strong academic record.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales force optimization and deployment.
• Strong expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients.
