What you will do

• Identify and track initiatives that improve customer experience.
• Conduct analysis to isolate issues based on changing business priorities.
• Interact with stakeholder teams to define data solutions and establish standard processes.
• Work with science and engineering teams to track ongoing issues.
• Build data processes to track the team’s overall efficiency.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 1+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets, ETL DW concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Tableau.
• Experience using very large datasets.
