What you will do

• Be a strategic partner for a regional client division, helping shape commercial strategies based on robust analytics and data-driven insights.
• Manage programs, including standardized project management and governance in running multiple tracks.
• Design, facilitate, and manage analytics/reporting platforms for fast, agile, and secure access to timely insights.
• Create realistic and actionable metrics for field sales teams, marketing, brand, and digital ops managers.
• Create a Center of Excellence to harbor knowledge sharing, identify business champions, and accelerate successful adoption.
• Identify opportunities to reduce overall development timelines and costs through process optimization.

Requirements

• Strong thought leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Consultative problem-solving approach and strong collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience extracting valuable insights from complex data sets.
• Experience in pharma commercial analytics areas.
• Proficient with reporting and dashboarding with analytical tools such as MS Office suite, SQL, ETL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
