Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams to gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end client delivery, including discovery, documentation, sprint planning, UAT sign-off, and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with product leads to conceptualize new AI-driven modules, features, or enhancements.
• Conduct domain research and user journey mapping for proposed features.
• Craft feature positioning, functional FAQs, and client-facing decks for new capabilities.
• Support solutioning in pre-sales conversations, RFPs, and PoCs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA (preferably with exposure to AI, data, or healthcare).
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting primarily in a client facing role.
• Proven ability to create client presentations, BRDs/FRDs, write user stories, and drive delivery with agile teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity and experience working with AI/ Generative AI based solutions.
• Experience working in a matrixed setup with product, sales, and delivery teams.
