What you will do

• Create visualizations of digital KPIs that illustrate performance and highlight trends.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around reporting.
• Be the dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables.
• Lead a team of reporting analysts and data engineers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Business Unit data sources, reporting business rules, and aggregates.

Requirements

• Experience in pharma commercial reporting and insights.
• Experience in one or more BI technologies, with Power BI as a must-have.
• Medium proficiency in Data Engineering and ETL processes (Databricks), MS Excel, and SQL.
• Basic understanding of pharma commercial KPIs.
• Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
