What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Develop deep talent advisor relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and global stakeholders.
• Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline, identify creative sourcing techniques, and recruit in a variety of venues.
• Source, screen, assess talent, and manage offer negotiations and closing.
• Partner closely with management and other global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent.
• Accelerate candidate engagement and improve the candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and G&A for a high-growth technology company.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS company.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
• Proven experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages.

Nice to have

• Strong background in recruiting for sales divisions in growing technology companies.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse.
