PPC Specialist (Fintech): Responsible for driving high-performing paid acquisition strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition objectives, with an accent on differentiating the hirify.global brand from its competitors on a global scale. Focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, optimizing ad copy, keywords, and bidding strategies, and mhirify.globalmizing performance, efficiency, and ROI.

Location: Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including web and app campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Create and execute PPC strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and product funnel analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Manage and allocate large global PPC budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader brand and performance marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of successful PPC strategy execution and optimization.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, including both web and app campaigns.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing Bing Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, global PPC budgets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, as well as other analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the financial services or trading industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ideally, experience with additional traffic sources such as Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms.
