What you will do
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including web and app campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns.
- Create and execute PPC strategies based on business goals, audience insights, and product funnel analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, tracking KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Manage and allocate large global PPC budgets.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader brand and performance marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of successful PPC strategy execution and optimization.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, including both web and app campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Bing Ads.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, global PPC budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, as well as other analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience within the financial services or trading industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Ideally, experience with additional traffic sources such as Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms.
