What you will do

• Deliver all-source intelligence collection management, transforming raw data from the deep web and traditional sources into high-fidelity finished products.
• Mentor and elevate a high-performing team of junior analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous analytic standards and continuous professional growth.
• Drive quality control across the intelligence lifecycle, ensuring every brief and memorandum meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to map emerging threats directly to critical corporate assets.
• Decode the intent and capabilities of advanced persistent threats (APTs), utilizing your expertise to stay ahead of adversary strategies.

Requirements

• Deep experience in all-source intelligence analysis, potentially sharpened within the Intelligence Community, Military, or a global financial institution.
• Demonstrated interest in and familiarity with priority geopolitical areas. Particularly interested in knowledge of Mandarin, Farsi, Russian, Korean, or Arabic.
• Mastery of intelligence frameworks such as the Diamond Model, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK to discern patterns in complex actor behavior.
• The ability to distill intricate technical threats into sophisticated briefings and assessments for a C-suite audience.
• Expert-level skill in navigating specialized online forums, social media, and traditional intelligence sources to map the threat landscape.
• A BA/BS or higher in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Cyber Security, or a related field that informs your understanding of global dynamics or equivalent experience.
• A strong grasp of how geopolitical shifts translate into cyber risks.
