What you will do

• Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, bids, and solution workshops.
• Contribute to account planning and strategy, identifying security enhancement opportunities.
• Engage with public and private sector customers to understand security challenges and business objectives.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for proposed solutions.
• Design and propose tailored security solutions leveraging BT’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, delivery) to ensure seamless solution implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales or technical consultancy within security or networking domains.
• Technical knowledge of network and cyber security solutions (e.g., firewalls, SASE, SD-WAN, threat detection).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements across public and private sectors.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, SSCP, CompTIA Security+, CCNP Security, vendor-specific accreditations).
