Location: New Bailey, Manchester, United Kingdom. Onsite (5 days). Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible for DV Clearance.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, configure, and harden systems and hardware according to defined policy, security, and business requirements.
• Provide security consulting for on-premises, off-premises, and cloud-based solutions, ensuring industry best security practices are maintained.
• Identify, test, and remediate vulnerabilities within both hardware and software.
• Liaise with all customer stakeholders, from senior management to engineering teams, to articulate technical and non-technical information.
• Locate, understand, and develop Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) for threat hunting and analyze the estate to develop detailed remediation plans.

Requirements

• Recognised Industry Security Qualifications (e.g., CEH, CSTM, CSTL, OSCP) or formal education in cybersecurity.
• Security engineering skills for on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Network and application vulnerability assessment, and security testing experience.
• Good stakeholder management and consultancy skills to deliver cybersecurity subject-matter expertise.
• Eligible to obtain DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance.
• Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible for security clearance.
