What you will do
- Lead the cross-functional personalization pod, designing and delivering experimentation at scale to drive positive customer and business impact.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content personalization roadmap for hirify.global storefronts, aiming for incremental revenue and commercial growth.
- Act as an authority on personalization data and test results, establishing clear frameworks and collaborating with Product and Analytics teams for actionable insights.
- Translate personalization strategy and plans into OKR frameworks, building well-defined programs to positively impact objectives and align with Store Strategy.
- Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and staying abreast of industry trends in digital commerce.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of two global personalization specialists, providing guidance and feedback to deliver impact and achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in digital media entertainment, working across commerce and personalization.
- Proven experience in people management, including leading teams, performance coaching, and fostering professional development.
- Adept at using data and analytics to develop a deep understanding of customer trends and create programs to continuously personalize and improve experiences.
- Strong background in experimentation and experience refining testing methodologies to deliver against KPIs in a scaled growth business.
- Extensive experience working in a direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Media, or Tech verticals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience collaborating effectively across commercial, product, and engineering teams globally in a hybrid environment.
